Check in is from 2pm, in reception.
Check out is 10am. Upon check out, please leave your key in the room and lock the door behind you.
Note: Late checkout is dependent on availability. Please speak to management upon arrival to discuss.
Need assistance after hours? A manager is onsite from 8am-4am daily.
Outside of these hours there is no after hours contact.
If you require laundry facilities during your stay, in house laundry is available between 9:30am and 5pm – your own detergent must be provided.
The closest to laundromat is ‘Rinse & Repeat’, they are located at Shop 2/369 Morayfield Rd, Morayfield QLD 4506.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes, unless otherwise signed. If required, smoking is permitted out the back of rooms.
All rooms are fitted with smoke alarms. Penalties starting at $250 apply for smoking in room.
Any and all charges incurred by Emergency Services call outs will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Rooms are serviced daily. Simply let housekeeping know you’d like cleaning via the door hanger.
